Payment Method
To process your online credit card payments we use PayPal, an online
payment processing service. PayPal is one of the worldwide leaders
in the processing of online transactions. It is highly reliable with
regards to security and privacy. Using PayPal to process your
payment is 100% safe and secure.
Currencies Accepted
All price are posted in US Dollars. Please contact
us if you want to pay in another currency. We accept British Pounds,
Euros, Yen or Canadian Dollars.
Shipping and Handling
We offer multiple shipping options for international delivery.
Most items are processed and shipped within 2 business days from
receiving your payment unless otherwise stated on the item
description page.
When filling out the order form please choose your desired shipping
method. The options are as follows:
- REGULAR (takes 7-10 days)
- SURFACE (takes up to 2 months)
The shipping times indicated are to US, Canada and most European
destinations. Other areas may take longer. Please note that the
times indicated may take longer depending on customs clearance,
postal delays etc.
If you order two or more items we combine shipping so you can save
money on postage. However, the total weight of the package
cannot exceed 2kg. If it does, we will have to send the items
in separate packages. The shipping cost for each item is posted
on the description page of the item. If you order two or more
items, the combined, discounted shipping fee will be displayed in
your shopping cart. You can choose the shipping method during
the checkout. The shipping fee will be added to your total at
this time and then you'll be redirected to the PayPal website to
complete the payment.
Stock Availability
The availability of stock is stated
on the description of each item. Most items we have in stock and we
ship them within 1 or 2 business days from receiving your payment.
Some items can take up to a week for us to dispatch after receiving
your payment. Please take note of this when placing your orders.
Privacy Policy
All the private information you provide us when placing your order
(such as name, phone number) is kept strictly confidential.
Your private information is only used to process your order. Under no circumstances we will
provide it to a third party.
Age Requirement
To be able to purchase from this site, you
must be of legal age in the country you are placing the order from
(18 or older in US and Canada). Please indicate your age when
filling out the order form.
Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your
purchase at the time of delivery, please contact us and we will send
you instructions on how to send the item(s) back. Shipping charges
are not refundable. We will then offer a replacement product or a
full refund. Returned items must be in sellable condition.
Shrink-wrapped products, such as CDs, DVDs, videos, must be in
original shrink-wrapped form and unviewed. Please contact us within
5 days of your item's arrival. If an item is damaged in the
mail please keep the package and all packaging materials to make a
postal claim.
